Booking and Payment:
The booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit (booking confirmation) and the sending of a booking confirmation. Please note that in case of cancellation of the holiday, the deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation conditions:
Before arrival it can be that something happens, with our cancellation insurance you are financially secured. Should it be that you have to arrive late for a booked stay, not be able to come at all or have to depart early, in accordance with EU standards the following cancellation fees will apply:

- no later than 60 days before the arrival date, we charge 30% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee
- in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date 60% of the agreed total price
- in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival, if the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation or in case of early departure, you are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price
